Upon your placing and our accepting your order, you authorize us to create a draft and/or charge against your credit card and/or checking account made payable to us for our fees. There are no refunds. Our fees DO NOT include any government fees, and or court fees which are extra unless indicated.

We will type requested forms using the information which was provided to us. We will then mail, email, hand deliver and/or fax (our choice) the typed form(s) to your address and or your requested destination for review, proofreading and signing in the presence of a notary public. Our obligation ends once we put the form(s) in the mail or is/are delivered to you or requested recipient regardless of whether or not you receive it. We usually ship your form(s) to you or your requested destination from our office within one to three business days. If you do not receive it within fourteen days of your order, you agree to notify us so that we may resend the form to you. You agree to complete any blank spaces on the form(s), make corrections, attach any evidences and/or ownership, and meet any other obligations required by the State of Texas. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that the information found on the form(s) is correct. We are not responsible for actions or inactions of the State of Texas and its agencies.

You expressly submit to the jurisdiction of said courts, and you consent to extra-territorial service of process.
